I need a dollar (or maybe more)

I went off looking for textures one can feel with the eyes - cue Ms Kendall with the reference for the book on photography and buddhism - this one I can certainly feel with my eyes and, as it's the corner of my house, I can also feel it with my bank account :-)

We're going to "get it done" this year. Well, that's the plan anyway. But it's May and we still haven't done much more than talk about it.......
