Shake a Tail Feather

Been playing about Time Value setting on my camera again today. First of all I took the photo of the clock on 30", it looked good, but I lost sight of the second hand. In the end I took it down to 4"; I still got the effect of the movement of the tail and I caught the tick tock of the 4 seconds on the second hand.
