Glen Prosen #4 - Foamy

Just made it back from my Natural Change reunion in Glen Prosen. It was a pretty wild journey back, with the 100mph winds that have hit Scotland today. Over-turned trucks, fallen trees and broken branches all over.

The time in Glen Prosen was wonderful - full of friendship, love, insight and powerful reflection. It might take me a few days to "re-enter" I think.

This shot is of a sequoia - an amazing huge, huge tree, with a fabulous rippled bark, which feels like foam when you press it. A favourite of woodpeckers by all accounts!
