It's The End of The Queue As We Know It

Between ash clouds and high winds tonight was not a night to be travelling in Scotland. I just about got the last train into Glasgow Central as notification came through of all trains in Scotland being cancelled.

Made my way up to Buchanan Street bus station, which if you know, you'll realise the queue had already been up the length of the station inside and had gone back down halfway outside.

We were told there were over 2000 people waiting and it took over an hour and half to get on a bus, and as we left I could see the end of the queue was still at almost the same place.

Kudos to Citylink and the Bus Station staff for coping so efficiently and with good humour.
