Coke Habit?

On the way to nightshift, and couldn't help but notice that I think the inhabitant of this flat opposite has a bit of a habit.

Thankfully legal.

Just catching up on Blips, watching a TV programme this evening about a housing scheme in Scotland where half the inhabitants have an illegal habit.
Hubby's comment was that we seem to be paying taxes to pay for more of these social parasites.

One can only hope that perhaps I've been wrong, and a devolved Scotland might see some sense and actually make people better off when they work for a living.

The nightshift by the way was was manic, not looking forward to five days of this!
