On the Shelf

After last night, then heading in to town to watch the final day unfold and then a rather busy train journey back I was too tired for anything other than more emergency fodder. This time the toy shelf. Mildly better than the cat.

Football this afternoon was watched in Shearer's at St. James Park. I did expect it to be quite busy but it was relatively empty for a home game on the last day of the season, testament to our whimpering finish to the season after a good start. Not that I'm bitter but the best part of the day was Liverpool not qualifying for Europe so Andy Carroll doesn't get to play European football.
