The Early Bird ........

Milder today but still windy with "spring showers" as they tell us on the weather stations. Those showers were full of hail stones today. Oscar wasn't too keen to walk in the hail at all. Today was mainly still a day for staying at home. Dodged in and out of the garden to tidy up the mess , still lots of leaves and twigs to lift.

Also stayed inside the front door to get shots of the garden birds , so many little ones trying out their wings. This wee fellow , I think a chaffinch , was watching out for his siblings in case they tried to get some of his catch. Think it might be a tiny caterpiller , some sort of grub anyway.

I think LARGE should be worth a look tonight.
