Cladding Underway - Finally!

It's been a long time a'coming but, because we've been concentrating on finishing off the interior so that we can move in, the outside has had to wait.

But now the cladding is happening. father and son carpenters, Mike and Matt, are working their way round the Upper Ground Floor.

The rendered belt below the cladding will be be painted white and the Lower Ground Floor will be a soft grey to recede into the shadow of the slope.

This shot makes an interesting comparison with one from 17th May last year - shows some sort of progress!
