Cape Daisy
Yay, finished work for the week, now have four days off. Do hope the weather holds as I need to spend some more time in the garden before winter really bites.
The cape daisy's are planted in pots on our terrace, they were beautiful back in November & December, I cut them back and they are flowering again, just starting. This is the one and only of this colour out but heaps of buds coming on. I took just two pictures as it was getting cold and dark. I am amazed what colours are in the background and have no explanation really, but will take them. I have used the Lensbaby with the macro +4 and no aperture.....I really like the result.....all that I have done is increase the exposure a titch and clone a blemish - thats it, bingo - love it!!
I have been told by pcc & pooba that I did well in the Pixels Competition Natural World, winning the gold award for this one & picking up a honours and an acceptance for the other two.....fungi isn't my strong point, so pretty chuffed.
Oh, & almost forgot....thanks for all the faves, stars for yesterdays picie, chuffed again :)
Must away and prepare some dinner (yes, I do have to have a turn in the kitchen)
