Durian anyone?

The King of fruit, this is how this peculiar fruit is regarded and labelled in all Far East and especially in South East Asia.
You either love it or hate it... its "scent" allows no compromise at all... if you never experienced it, it's quite difficult to describe it... let's say it's something between a volatile solvent or gas and gym sock (after a 20 km marathon!)

In Singapore and many other SEA countries it's even banned from MRT and other public transportation in order to avoid social unrest.

But... but... its taste, for the daring one, is in inverse proportion to its smell... surprising
