The Cutest Cookie!

I made these delicious (and easy!) chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies as end of the year gifts to my professors. I got the recipe from one of my preferred baking blogs, 17andbaking.com. I am very pleased with how they came out and would highly recommend the recipe!
