Provence in a Bottle

It's the favourite drink in summer: pastis. A nice long that makes you feel like there is sunshine in your belly. Poor Vince had a bit too much of it at his time. They called it absinthe. Anyhow: quite inspiring - the G&T of the south. I have to have one now!
