Out to lunch today with my parents and three sisters, celebrating my birthday from yesterday!

The only trouble with sitting on padded benches in alcoves is if you are in the inside and need to go to the toilet mid proceedings! However, if you are nimble enough to do so, you can climb over the back of the seats without disturbing your aged father and other sister sharing your bench! Added incentive is coming back to the pudding you've just ordered!
