Fish 'n Rice

Tonight we had was one of our favourites- Fish 'n Rice

Dinner
Fried fish, with steamed basmatti rice, dill and tomato sauce. BB' adds loads of dill to the rice while it's cooking which gives it a great colour and flavour . We have a great fishmonger who delivers fresh fish from the Fife villages once a week so we try and support him as much as we can.
