Coloured Bulbs Save the Day!

We've had a problem with becoming invisible since the scaffolding has gone up in front of our lovely gallery. Next door have come up with the idea of hanging coloured bulbs all round their section of the scaffolding. I like this for them but not sure it will suit us. What do you think?
