Riding with food

A little late to work today... so, had breakfast on the go.

It was this very interesting "dollar" type pancake that mom made. Granted, it's not the most presentable thing in the world... but, it's one of the best because it's mum's cooking.

The term "dollar" pancake is taken from Paddington House of Pancake (PHoP). They serve lots of variety of pancakes.

But.. this is homemade pancakes... with chocolate sprinkles embedded and cooked to melt together.

Flitty and Moonay loving them too... mum got an empty container by the end of the journey.
