Cooper's Hawk

I really missed a good shot with his wings spread. This shot is not the best, however, my first time to photograph this hawk in my yard. He nearly scared the other birds to death. Our temperature in 92 degrees and it is 6:32 pm, so he is really wanting a drink of water.
