Still on Hosier Lane...

I didn't notice this one when I was here the other day. I'm not sure who is depicted here. It's very different to Ganesh at the Flinders Lane end of the alley as well as everything around it. It's hard to tell in this photo, but the method the artist used looks similar to impressionist type art...lots of dots of colour, which you can sort of see in his collar. I would have liked to have seen it w/out all the tags, although, they do add another dimension to it - still it's a shame it's been tagged all over.
