Holy Cow!

I finally managed to get my cat to the vet's today. It's a good job I did. The poor thing had a seed/grass like thing inside her eye. Apparently they are very dangerous and can get into their brains if not removed swiftly. She had her full M.O.T, flea treatment, worming, 2 injections, and at the end of it all I was 280tl worse off (around £130)! Thus explains the title.

This is nicely illustrated with today's blip. A cow made of dairy product packaging. What a great idea. The children involved in making this were taken to a dairy factory today. This turned out to be farmer's kitchen where fresh cheese, yoghurt etc is produced by the farmer's wife. I would have liked to blip that!
