Mist (as a newt?)

Yesterday was one of those great lunches when everyone is in a really good mood and a session just happens.

The head is complaining, the stomach is unhappy but it does the heart good (metaphorically before anyone points out the obvious)

The shot was taken this morning at the same hotel as this entry but today there was a really thick sea mist rolling over the wirral.
Its easy to forget the city centre is almost in the irish Sea, from the hotel you can normally see this lighthouse at the mouth of the river.
