Keeping watch

Last night several of the housemartin fledglings took flight from a couple of the nests around the house, I had plenty of blip opportunities but as I had already uploaded for the day thought I would wait until tonight. Well, the wind got up, it has been wicked weather and none of the little ones want to come out on test flights this evening, can't say I blame them. So this a Mum/Dad housemartin sitting atop the nest right up in the crux of the eaves at the front of my house.

Off to Wales tomorrow with the boys for a weekend of football, I will try and blip whilst away but don't know if I will have internet.
