A sigh of relief of our back garden

It has finally started to rain this morning (of course just when we had to do our school run, unfortunately). You can almost hear our back garden plants giving a huge sigh of relief. They needed some water to drink and dust themselves off. When it became a little light I took my camera...

Good news for the fire fighters that are tackling a fire on the Kalmthoutse Heide (=moor) just above Antwerp. It really has been dry lately and the fire has destroyed a large part of the moor.

I am a little bit afraid that we might have already had summer and from now on we'll just have autumn weather till the end of August... hope not!
