Little pink flowers

With all of the rain we've had over the last few weeks, everything is a very bright, deep green, as is evident in this photo. I'm not sure what the tiny little flowers are, they were growing wild in a field, but I loved how delicate they were and the pink was pretty against the tall grass in the background.

The holiday weekend officially kicks off today, I'll be going out with a few girlfriends to dinner tonight, work in the morning tomorrow but will be enjoying a family picnic over my in-laws in the afternoon. No plans yet for Sunday other than working in the evening, and a parade on Monday morning!! Jack is sooooooo excited about the parade...he loves the marching bands and the fire trucks!!
