Meet Chloe - a cheery little cartoon trainer who was telling me all about identity fraud this afternoon. We have to do regulatory training each month and a lot of the courses are delivered online. It's not the most riveting subject but it's got to be done. I got 100% in my assessment test - whoopee-do.
