2nd Again!

Today I attended a North Yorkshire C.C. Local Liaison Group meeting, held at the National Park Office in Helmsley. I was there to represent horse riders as the group deals with rights of way issues in the County. Friday is market day in Helmsley and as I had arrived early to secure a parking space I walked down to the market to get a blip. The market was very busy but the lay out didn't lend its self to a good street scene, I was taken by the contrast in colour of the statue and its portal, to 'William Second Baron of Feversham' ( could have done with him being the third to keep my number theme alive ) over looking the said market.
