wood avens

Another flower, my non-flower pics didn't work as well as hoped.
This grows as a weed in the garden but is allowed to remain in moderation as it is a pretty flower and I like lots of variety. I had, in fact, uprooted this plant but then realised the flower warranted a pic so I put it in front of the Japanese maple for contrast.
