Morning Cycle

Got up sharpish and picked my way through the chaos of last night's party to get my bike and then cycle in to Falkirk to retrieve my car whilst everyone in the house was still sleeping.

It's a bit of a cheat because although it is around 6 miles, it's all downhill to the canal and then flat after that except at the locks (& they worked out downhill too) :)

The heaven's opened in the last mile so I had to come home via McDonalds to get a McMuffin breakfast to warm me up.

Time to make some noise and wake everyone up.
