Ingredients

Got up early to drop the kids off with their dad this morning then had a lovely free day. Started off picking up coffee in flava then spent a couple of hours with Karen & Paul in once a sheep which gave me time to finish carding the fibres for my spinning.

Met up with Carlos and had a lovely long lazy lunch in the Cafe. After that I had an afternoon nap! Bliss! Now it's time for some spinning and I am meeting up with Marisol later for some wine and chat. All the ingredients for a very happy Saturday!
