White Salmon

Welcomed C&C today - they're here for the long weekend and it's always a good time with them. I had to work when they got here, but we had a lovely evening together. We made a gorgeous spring panzanella salad with ingredients we got from our CSA bin (asparagus, radishes) and pickled red onions and peppers. Yum. Jer grilled a decadent white salmon.
