On the train
The longest, most stressful train journey ever.
Left Farnborough at 8am and we were meant to get to Dundee at 3.45pm. Finally arrived at 8.15pm!
Kings Cross was stressful as they don't announce the platform until seconds before the train is due to leave so there was a tidal wave of people trying to get on. Then we stopped at Stevenage for almost an hour before going back to Kings X!
Then walked the '3' minutes (yeah right) to Euston and eventually got very, very jammy with the help of a couple who were very helpful and got on a train to Glasgow & even got free seats in 1st class. No free food, or food at all but at least we had seats and no one sitting on the floor. Then a dash across Glasgow and collapsed onto a train to Dundee.
This is Cameron taking a photo of some hills near Stirling.
Whoops that story was a bit long!
Edit: It's not as long as it looked on the phone! And it was a very short version of the whole story. Oh and I forgot to add 1 important detail which was that I did this journey without another adult.
