Love

"this is for you Daddy, it says love. I love you."

The we'd one did this today, and considering we haven't started to teach her to write properly yet, impressed the hell out of me.

It is amazing, though, love. For a child, that pain you get in Your heart when they hurt themselves, that little prayer you do in your head when you hear them scream from another room.."please let her be ok"

That feeling that you might burst when they do something you are so, so proud of.

The fun, and laughter, that surrounds you when they are starting to grow up.

This is just life, to her. What she doesn't know yet is that we didnt know life until she came along.
