Got back mid afternoon(ish). I was out inspecting "God's little acre"
"God's little 0.404685642 hectares" doesn't have quite the same ring about it.

I could clearly hear and identify the resident blackbird, could I heckaslike find him.
Eventually found him, and a moral ... On a shot like this use manual focus.

However he won, hands down, over a distant shot of a "Chinook", a few shots of LA's garden and the lass herself looking at one of her roses. I reckon I'd, probably, be shot publishing it as "A rose amongst thorns."
