a thoroughly dull picture today. especially compared to last year's FLIPPING LEOPARD!!

however, today's picture does serve a purpose. thanks mum, my trainers made it here safely. i went on my first run yesterday. 40 mins in the hot african sun.

3 months till the victoria falls half marathon. i'm only doing it so i can go to zimbabwe!
