The Plan.

So here you see 'The Plan' laid out.

A fairly simple strip quilt, I'm going to hand sew it because the sewing machine gives me a headache and I can't listen to music at the same time. Hand sewing is a little slower, but not much, and very satisfying.

These are the 'Charm Pack' Japanese facbrics I bought in Linlithgow last weekend. I deliberately left them lying round the living room untidily so that they would work on my unconscious.

It will have a dark blue edge and then I'll have to figure out how much quilting I'm willing to to put in.
