Bakso is like the national dish of Indonesia. Cheap, easy, and delicious. Everyone eats it - rich, poor, arab, christian, man, woman...

...and its good. A rich noodle soup with meatballs and spices, douse it with savory or hot sauces, whatever you fancy. Only a few rupiah, about a dollar...

I'm a big fan myself and felt compelled to snap a blip of bakso. This was my last day in Sulawesi before catching a flight out of Makassar to Kuala Lumpur on the Asian mainland.
