Mid afternoon heat is like a hand clasping your throat leaving you gasping for air. Evening storms follow. Branches and dust swirl. Rain is a few scattered droplets. Mornings are better with occasional hints of colour, rays grazing surfaces and a breeze, cool under the shadows. One can take photographs then. This is the best of Delhi summers.
