Pasque Flower
Another blowy day so we walked into town and finally visited the Red House Museum which we have meant to do for ages...I am sure I am not the only local who never gets to see visitor attractions!
There was a very good photograpy exhibition and lovely gardens - we left the main museum for another visit which looks worthwhile. Its impossible to take macros of flowers in high wind and get focus but I liked this attempt - it had the appeal of dandelion seed heads, (which I have never managed a good shot of), with greater texture. To my shame I had to look up what the pasque flower actually looks like.
