Coos and Calves

A beautiful day here today, bright sunshine, with only the occasional very light and brief shower. Had to nip down to the doctor today as my cough/wheeze has got worse. Antibiotics and increase my inhaler usage. As I am deemed to be infectious, I have to keep away from little Katya, which is a shame.

Instead, as our visitors went and did touristy things, we stayed home and got lots of useful bits and pieces done. Postie was home, as it was a Bank Holiday, and we managed to get the underfloor heating cable put down for the extension! A chap is coming tomorrow to lay the top screed on concrete on the top and then we can start on the walls!

Ollie has been helping too, but spent most of the time mooching along the tide line and going for the occasional dip! We'll have to keep him out of the concrete tomorrow too!
