Earwig Slumbers

Found this earwig in a thimbleberry blossom at the side of my house. he wasn't bothered at all by my camera focusing in on him. I personally get the willies when I come across earwigs, and I hate the crunching sound of squishing them under someone's shoe, not mine. I can't stand to step on bugs!

I guess I was having a boring day to blip a sleeping earwig, but it is what it is.
