Mugdock Loch....

Was at Mugdock Country Park today (as I am every Monday), with the guy that I support.

Was not in knee deep mud this week, always good. No, today I was cutting down trees and over grown branches from the paths. Not such a good job when I still ache everywhere from my dancing too much on Saturday night....

Was going to go to the hydro-therapy pool today (work), thought that would help with my sore muscles, however as it was a bank holiday today it was closed, swimming was cancelled :( Not to worry I am sure I will get better soon...zumba tomorrow night is not going to help though.
