Mr & Mrs Turnstone

Another trip down to Edinburgh today via RSPB's Vane Farm reserve, but this time no sign of the Ring-necked Duck or the Surf Scoter. However we did find two Little Stints on the scrape at Musselburgh Lagoons and this rather photogenic pair of Turnstones by the sea wall.

Not quite so photogenic and a bit more distant, RCB has gone for the rarer Little Stint.
