I have a routine periodontist appointment soon, I've been having a strange on and off sensation near my ear along my jaw, I'm wondering if I have a problem with a saliva gland...or a tooth, grrr. Guess I might find out today. Grr.

Update, TMJ trouble, the soreness is where the muscle inserts. A low cost problem at least!!!
