On the trail

We went for a bike ride today, Megan & Rowan took their bikes and my mum, dad & I hired some. We went along the Monsal trail to the viaduct (about a 8K return trip) I was so impressed at my folks being up for this as it as to be about 20 years since they last went on bikes. So after only one fall (sorry mum) and one other near miss, we all survived. The children did so very well to, Megs little legs had to work extra hard, and she got many compliments about not having stabilisers on. And Rowan still loves his new bike.
