TLC in a jar
For the last 6 days we've been lifting, carrying, hauling, lugging and transferring kit between the truck, the store, the slip and the boat.
We've launched and recovered the boat four times, been rained on, wind-lashed and immersed in salt water for 45 minutes at a time, twice a day most days. We've tied off ropes, tied on fenders, fended off the boat from the slip and broken nails in the process.
Today we've cleaned, scrubbed and polished the boat. Changed the oil and greased the throttle.
No wonder my hands are in need of some TLC! This Fisherman's Hand Cream is the best, and smells gorgeous too. Couldn't be without it on dive trips.
I've back blipped the weekend;
