Time Vessel

Today I realised that I'd concentrated so much on Blipping local public art works by Andy Scott that I had neglected to Blip a piece that I believe predates Andy Scott's work. It's also a sculpture I drive past at least twice a day.

This is Time Vessel (1998) by Joseph Ingleby and I like it because it's rather organic. He has another piece in the grounds of Stirling University so I'll add that one to my Blipbank.
