a supply of oligosaccharides!

Onions perhaps to you and I but my attempt to eat healthily has me reading that my bifodobacteria flourish on the oligosaccharides they supply...whatever...a real desperation blip tonight am too busy working. Thanks for all your comments...I will catch up tomorrow
