WTF?

I was coming up the stairs to my flat earlier when I glanced out of the window and spotted this wee guy sitting in the undergrowth. Weird. Makes me feel slightly uncomfortable, don't get me wrong I like gnomes - but this one is scary.

Weight Watchers Update: I've lost 4 and 1/2 pounds! Wooohoooo! Finally going in the right direction after about 2 months of staying much the same :)
