after 3 hours of exercise I'm sorry to admit that the colonel had to come to my rescue before my salt and sugar intake dropped too low (well that's my excuse!)

This picture did make me laugh a bit as the camera's smile detection feature did find and focus on the colonel.

I was going to try and do a more arty shot but the ducks and other fowls on the river kept moving so I gave up
