daisy - again - hanging out the window like a dog...don't worry though, I stopped the car to blip and shoved her back in. she's better by the way...

this was meant to be a blip of beth after our davina workout tonight - but my flippin' phone is playing up. upgrade soon though and my blips will be all new and shiny and crystal clear...maybe.
