Lessons number 448, 449, 450, 451, and 452

Everyone should own this little book.
I picked it up this summer, and I have been obsessed with it ever since.

It sits mostly unnoticed on my little book shelf shoved between bigger and taller books.

I bring out this book when I am not having a great day, and I try to find a way to make it a little better.
I also use this book to write my own little notes in
Either how I have used that life lesson, how that lesson affects me, or maybe a note about a friend or family member. It is kind of a second journal to me.

Today, I am upset.
Very upset.
To the point where I have been at home crying.
I got home and life just hit me.

I have no plans
No ideas
No motivation
No direction
No Nothing

So I opened this book and I found this and I wrote my own little notes.
I thought I would share.
Maybe they'll help someone else - I don't know.
